As an ARTIST who has written 100’s of NiemSongs and NiemStrumentals I am proud that they all have a unique and original quality to each and every tune I write. My biggest influences are all writers with strong melodies and lyrical content that flows with the music and seems effortless as the key to a great song is that you do not force anything. The music should flow with the lyrical content. THE BEATLES, BEE GEES, BREAD, BADFINGER,  BEACH BOYS, BILLY JOEL,THE MOODY BLUES,PAUL SIMON, JOHN DENVER…  THESE ARE MY INFLUENCES AS WELL AS STRONG BRASS BANDS LIKE CHICAGO AND BLOOD SWEAT AND TEARS!
